Blue Moon mpu4
Not sure if this is actually possible.
But I was pondering over
Converting my Free Bee back to a Blue Moon.
But I do like Free Bee tbh.
I also have another machine
in the same cabinet called
Jumping Jack Cash.
It's an ok game,but I have not
been successful in my search
for the correct 20p play roms.
So I was going to consider this
machine for the doner conversion.
I am in need of various bits before
I even consider the project.
Firstly I need a correct CHR chip
for a Blue Moon.
Secondly I need a 4 reel deck,
or an
Add on reel and a reel driver board
that accommodates 4 reels.
Was thinking as Free Bee was an ex
Blue Moon,I could try and copy that
layout in the conversion process.
Nick has spoken to me with regards
to this and he thinks it can be done
As I have a Blue Moon conversion
to copy from.
What do you reckon?
As much as JJC is rare.
It's just not a great
game on 5p/£2.40.Even on 96% payout!
The glasses are for the 20p/£4.80
set up,so it's incorrect for the roms.
I have only had the jackpot once since I got it running?

MPU3 Crimp connectors
Hi all,
Just browsing through RS yesterday and was surprised to come across MPU3 crimps. They must have only started doing them recently as I've tried RS on several occaisions before buying a load from the US.

Sru reel issue
Good evening all,
My eachway shuffle has been playing up a little. What has been happening is reel 1 keeps getting stuck, and makes a fairly grinding noise! After a while it might stop and play perfectly normal, but this is not always the case.
I’m not sure if you are going to be able to see the videos attached because I don’t have a clue what I am doing!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Capacitors mpu4
I'm in cpc website looking for the correct capacitors of found 2 i was after but realised 4700uf was only 2 pin could someone send me the right link to get what I'm after, sorry if I'm a bit vague using the child's kindle as my iPhone has bit the dust this time digitizer needs replaced for quoted 175 to replace the screen and digitizer 😢, thank you peeps

8051 cpu processor assembly language help
Hi
Is anyone familiar with 8051 cpu processor assembly language that would help me on a little project? I have the disassembled code and know roughly what it is doing but want to isolate the sections so I can change things slightly.

Noisy Starpoint Reels?
I've got some late 90's Starpoint Reels which seem overly noisy when spinning. I'd describe it as a loud spin rather than power hum?
The reels aren't binding on anything anywhere and turn freely when off. Had these reels in a fair few machines but not noisy. Anyone know much about this?

I have this machine a while and i want to write a different game onto the PROM-kaart Eprom.
First of all is the possible.
Allready i bought a few EPROM's equal to the originals on the board.
The only difference is the OTP (one time programmable)
Where can i find a game to write to the eprom.
The game that;s currently running is a static slot game with images.
Plz help...

Hi guys,been looking for tubing but not got anywhere.Im looking for tubes to update my machine.So i need 2 tubes 510mm long for new pound and new 50p.OD will be 31 to 32mm and 37 to 38mm.any ideas,thanks

does a maygay m1b have an attract mode where if its not being played the theme music kicks in on its own,as some coronation street machines do this ,would this be a dil switch setting ,thanks

PCP Mirracles & Nudge Money
Well it’s been an exciting week for getting contacts and machines offered.
These two just arrived from the east coast right near mablethorpe where I used to play on them as a kid!
So far had a flick of the power switch and got plenty of smoking Rifas as expected and boards that don’t look too great. Not going to get on them until the weekend but will post updates as I do![:)]()
I have already noticed that someone must have smoked while playing them as 4 buttons need replacing with the risers. If anyone has buttons please let me know as it looks like the only bits I will have to replace![:)]()
Couple of very quick picks until Sunday when I get chance to have a proper look at them.
Got to move some machines to work now, totally out of space and need some room to work on these.
At this rate will be having machines to work on for the next year. Exciting times!
