Hi all.
To cut a very long story short i need reminding of a couple of things (not worked on one of these for 20+ years). So here's the problem:
The £1 isn't diverting to the 3rd tube. Let me tell you what i do remember and have tested.
The white wire on the acceptor harness is coin 5 inhibit and applies 0v to the acceptor to set the divert. I have a cash flow set up that diverts perfectly if I apply 0v to the divert line
The coin 5 inhibit works fine, in coin test i'm getting 0v and it "floats" when i hit disable coins (exactly as i would expect).
So the coin tubes, from what i remember it fills up on the far right first and once the switch is made on the second tube it should divert to the 3rd tube. I have tested all switches and work fine.
The machine is supplying 0v all the time to the divert through the coin 5 inhibit line.
I even did a RAM clear (had weird diverting before because machine thought the levels were wrong) which cured it.
So can anyone answer the following questions please?
Can someone supply me with the correct strobe and data's for the tube switches please (to make 100% i have them correct)
Can someone tell me if the coin diverts straight away when the switch is made or does it "count" a few before it diverts (the tall cab does this)
I really didn't want to ask but i'm out of idea's. Any help is much appreciated, i'm getting to old for this shit
