he told me this interesting story about it and thought id share it with you all :
Regarding the Bailey Punch board machine, I developed that to get around the gaming laws, at that time an operator could only put two fruit machines in a club, I argued with the gaming board that the Punchboard was not a gaming machine, but a charitable fundraiser and would only automate replace the sale of charitable cardboard punch boards that were sold by the clubs.
They admitted that I had them beat, but threatened the trade association that if they allowed their members to buy my machines they would stop the most popular feature on a fruit machine, that of the nudge feature, so the association would not support me.
